Sure not, that's why in 2008 there are already 2000 executions:
Titulares: Más de 2 mil ejecutados en México en lo que va del año | mil, más, méxico : El Nuevo Heraldo
In israel they kill the enemie, in mexico they kill themselves

I spent lot of days in Tel Aviv and still stay in touch with people in Israel (and i spent 3/4 days in Mexico City), i don't know if i should believe you when you say you lived in a Kibbutz (what did you do in there by the way? ), your comments are typical of someone who had never being in Israel.
I had a boyfriend who lived in the kibutz and was a grafter of the agricultural comunities, of course you dont care about my private life and i wont tell u, but yeah that happens to gay jewish, (u actually look like one of them) they have a lot of social problems, i think all jewish does.
But lets not talk about religion (impossible dont talk about religion when u talk about this country full of fanatics)

1-you can't talk about the jews having social problems when you're gay, you have waay more problems that the jews.
2-you can't talk about religion if you come from mexico, in Israel 70% of the population is jewish, in mexico 90% of the population is catholic, so as you can see, there is less diversity in Mexico than in Israel

STOP!!!!!!!!! Nobody cares about gay's, machomen`s, jews, christians, or whatever........ this is just to vote for what you think is the best city!!!
And regarding the subject, well i dont know Tel Aviv and i'm sure it`s an amazing city, and most of all for the history it has, but trying to be objective, just by seeing the pictures i think that Mexico City its better, it has more skyscrapers, maybe not the tallest one but it definetly it has more so it`s a better skyline and it`s more a metropolitan city, but this doesn`t mean that Tel Aviv isn´t amazing aswell
