Hace mucho, mostraron unos renders para un nuevo edifico ENORME en reforma, en lo que ahora ocupa el cine latino, pero ahora se presenta la propuesta de MICHAEL EDMONDS para el mismo predio.

Se trata de una torre de 37 y una de 17 pisos, cada una de de 150m y 68m respectivamente...

Seran 12 torres en 6 conjuntos de 2 torres divididos en tres distritos cada distrito con un lago, este proyecto es de 300,000m2 construidos y mas de 600 departamentos.





Y luego un corte donde se ven un conjunto de 2 torres, seran de 18 niveles pero con su nivel doble y un detalle en la parte superior que tienen seran equivalentes a 19 o 19 1/2 niveles yo les calculo entre 66m y 72m.
