        I really really like it.
I think the spire creates the perfect pinnacle.

i think that the first render is more realistic.

well, i took the colour scheme into consideration

the grey looks a bit drab

Hello Boys - this is my first post. The Stanley's sales agents have sent me the following email:

"The result is that due to the great demand for the commercial space, the developer is currently reworking the building to have a lower building with larger floor plates more suited to commercial tenancy. It is unfortunate as the specifications and apartment views were amazing. But, yes, it does look like at this point the building will be completely commercial"

This reminds me a bit of 275 George Street in Brisbane. But just a bit too bulky at the base for my liking. Maybe the redesign, creating larger floorplates will rectify this (pity about the height though)

Horrible news boys and girls. This mornings NZ Herald 2006_11_28

Their dumping the 27 floor apartment block in favour of a 16 floor office tower. Yes the incredible shrinking Stanley! Yep 35 to 27 and know 16. Sounds a bit like doing the Limbo Rock!
