|  Surprised we didn't have a thread on this one. I believe it is meant to start mid-2007 or late 2007, though with the sales they have gotten they could go straight away. In any case, simply stunning towers, but stunning residentials are the norm nowadays down the coast. | |||||||||||

| I hear Sunland are now looking for a suitable site to build a project at Surfers, after missing out on being awarded the Oracle project. Grocon are now in exclusive negotiations with Grocon. | |||||||||||
