| It MUST be: Or a city near the himalaya, or near the Andes. If it isn`t in Argentina, Chile... it have to be in Bolivia or in Peru. I think more in Bolivia.. That`s Cochabamba or Oruro? | |||||||||||

Bogotá, Medellin, Cali, Bucaramanga, Pereira, Armenia, Tunja, Ibagué and Neiva are some of the andean cities of my country.

| actually it was ovious for me that it is in northwest of South America since the beginning. was just not sure about the country at first. glad, i got it so fast  . | |||||||||||
