Viendo el hilo sobre el TRAM de Alicante, creo que algo parecido sería la solución idónea.

Tambien podrian hacer una linea de cercanias/metro aprovechando que el recorrido de las vias es muy urbano.

un tranvía por el casco histórico sería una locura y ademas creo que no aportaría mucho al transporte publico ya que tampoco es viable llevarlo por las calles principales de la ciudad por falta de espacio (estudio de 1996) y de esa manera sería un medio muy lento para desplazarse

yo apuesto por un metro ligero que estuviese parcialmente soterrado como minimo en el centro, la rondilla y las delicias y que llegase a los pueblos más póblados (Cisterniga, Laguna de Duero, Arroyo) y dando asi en 2 o 3 lineas servicio a casi 400 000 habitantes
