Kish Sun City Complex

On a prime location on eastern coast of Kish Island, a multi-purpose complex with the general name of “Sun City” is in under construction. “Sun City” is built on an area of 58000 square meters, out of which a green area, sport facilities, swimming pool, recreation and services were designed on a total area of 40000 m2.
Almost all apartments of the residential 8/16-floor-towers are sea-view, with 1/2/3 bedrooms, 3/4 bedrooms duplexes and penthouses, all with an area between 60 to 550 m2.

All-Sea-View-Sun-Hotel with 160 rooms, Kish International Trade Centre, Coastal Village with architecture similar to Masouleh (A village in northern Iran where the yards of upper houses are the roofs of lower ones) or similar to coastal houses of southern France, Spain or Greek Islands and finally, the Centre for International Forums are other parts of Sun City.
Recreation Centre with Digital Cinema, Bowling Sport Hall, Electronic Game HaIl, Ice Cave, skating field and an ice cooled restaurant, Sea Sport Centre for water ski, diving, fishing, surfing, and a Marina Beach with a parking place for 100 boats are among other facilities of Sun City Complex.
