| lol - check "the marker" they for sure read his article and quickly came out with a contrast one about the prices of luxury towers in that area..

| If you look at he most elite areas in Manhattan today and then turn the clock back 35 or 40 years you'll find slums. Tel- Aviv is a place that many rich people want to be so there will be demand for exclusive apartments. The level of wealth in the country as a whole is rising so there is also a domestic demand for upscale places to live. | |||||||||||

| בניו יורק מוכרים חדרונים פצפונים במגדלים עם מאות דיירים, בסכומים של מליונים. ישראל עוד לא הגיעה מבחינת מחיר למ"ר לרבע מניו יורק ובקושי למחירים של פרויקטים חדשים בערים גדולות בארה"ב אם מסתכלים באיזה תמורה מקבלים פה עבור הכסף - רק כמה עשרות דיירים, דירות עם כמה כיווני אויר, בריכה, חניה תת קרקעית, דירה חדשה, מחסן, וכד' אז מסתבר שבאמת כלכלית אפילו במחיר של מליון דולר ומעלה לדירות בארץ יש הצדקה יותר גדולה שה"כ מקום כמו שדרות רוטשילד זה בין הרחובות המיוחדים שיש בעולם, ואני הייתי בהרבה מדינות. יש שם שילוב מאד מיוחד של הכל מהכל וברור שעבור סביבה ייחודית במרכז העיר משלמים ביוקר כמו בכל עיר גדולה בעולם
