幻の「マッカーサー道路」を甦らせる都心再生プロジェクト

虎ノ門から新橋を結ぶ「幻のマッカーサー道路」と呼ばれる「環状2号線」の再開発計画。森ビルは東京都より 「特定建築者」に認定された。「立体道路制度」の活用により建築物の中を環状2号線が貫通する計画で、特定 建築者は、東京都建設局の委託により、地下トンネルの整備も行う。メインとなる超高層棟は、都内で2番目の 高さを誇り、上層部から、ホテル、住宅、事務所、カンファレンス、商業施設を整備する計画とな る。

Downtown revitalization project to revive the "MacArthur Road" of the phantom

Redevelopment plan called "MacArthur Road" phantom connecting Shinbashi from Toranomon of the "Line 2" cyclic. Mori Building has been recognized as "a particular builder" from Tokyo. Line 2, the annular plan to penetrate the building through the use of the "three-dimensional road system", a particular builder, commissioned by the Tokyo Construction Bureau also performs maintenance of underground tunnel. The main high-rise building will be the pride the height of the second plan in Tokyo, from senior management, to develop hotels, residential, office, conference and commercial facilities.
