City Mall


The City Mall, intended to be the largest one-stop family shopping destination in Jordan, is owned by Al-Khayr Real Estate Investment Company, a unit of Al-Daoud Investment Group. The mall will be located on a 120 dunum plot, with the mall itself constructed on 40 dunums. The mall will comprise a total built-up area of 150,000 square meters, of which the gross leaseable area is 55,000 square meters. With a vehicle capacity of 2,400, over 3 levels of parking, the Mall intends to be easily accessible to the public. With four levels for retail purposes, the Mall will contain new international brands, such as Virgin Megastores, Zara Home, Adams, Next, H&M and Oasis. In addition it is to host the largest hypermarket in Jordan,Carrefour. It will also have restaurants and coffee shops, a 10 screen cinema, and an all-family entertainment centre. The mall is expected to open in September 2006, with an expected total cost of JD 40 million.


Tajamouat Group Abdoun Development



The Tajamouat Group Abdoun Development is a shopping mall being developed in Abdoun by the Al-Tajamouat for Tourists Projects Plc. With internationally renowned architects and designers, the Mall will be of world class design. The first phase of the mall will consist of a 170,000 square meter area, with a rental space of 60,000 square meters. The focus of this phase will be on entertainment, whereby the mall will incorporate a terrace area that overlooks old Amman, with both casual and fine dining, pubs, and cafes. The Mall will also contain a Family Entertainment Centre, with rides and games, in addition to a cinema area with private balconies, and fullservices throughout the show. Additionally, the mall will contain retail facilities, food courts, and a hypermarket. For convenience, a 2,200 parking lot will also be created. The expected date for completion is July 2008, with an estimated cost of JD 90 million.

Al Baraka Mall

The Al Baraka Mall is a Mall constructed by Al Baraka Group for Trade and Investment in Sweifiyeh. TheMall will consist of over 25,000 square meters of retail spaces, and 15,000 square meters of parking
