|  vy la avenida iba a estar lista para el 2007 pero para hacerla bien decidieron tomarse su tiempo y en uno dos meses arranca la construccion, ahora mismo estan en estudios. | |||||||||||

| bien bueno algo asi es aca el problema es que en el actual cumbiodromo no se podian hacer carrozas de ese tamaño por los cables, pero ahora con la avenida del rio que va hacer el nuevo cumbidromo y va a contar con hoteles, malecon, no va atener los postes molestos se van a poder hacer. | |||||||||||
