This train is not a German or even a Russian Siemens Velaro, I think it is one of the Spanish ones, with the old livery of Renfe, that some of them had while they were being tested.

-Working of the network:
*All the infraestructure (lines, Stations...) is owned by Adif (Administrador de infraestruturas ferroviarias).
*The services are given by Renfe, the old monopoly of railways of Spain.
*In 2010 the first private companys of passenger railway transport will start to operate in Spain. Nowadays, the only companies apart from Renfe that give service in Spain are Feve (Ferrocarriles de Vía Estrecha, narrow gauge trains), and SNCF in some border stations between France and Spain.
