Located on the A2 motorway is a futuristic-looking four-star hotel building: The Fletcher Tower Hotel. It will be finished in mid 2012.
The new landmark for the city was designed by Benthem Crouwel Architects. Developer and owner is Mr. Caransa BV.
Acquisition for Amsterdam and Fletcher
This is the first Fletcher hotel in Amsterdam. There are currently 44 Fletcher Hotels throughout the Netherlands. Many are located on the coast and in nature. In recent years the hotel company's market share significantly increase knowledge through acquisitions. "We target specific locations and hotels there, and certainly in this part. Panorama Restaurant and Skylounge
The star gets 120 deluxe rooms, nine meeting rooms and board rooms, a fitness center and on the 17th floor a beautiful round panoramic restaurant. On the top floor, the 18th, is 60 meters altitude on a Skylounge for large receptions. The spectacular view over Amsterdam. The hotel has 120 parking spaces above and below ground. Located directly on the A2 in the loop of the access to the A9.
It is a development of M. Caransa BV. This year marks the 60 years since the company was founded by Maup Caransa. Activities include developing distinctive projects such as the Fletcher Tower Hotel. Here the opposite Food Trip is one of the developments. The portfolio includes several hotels, restaurants, shops, laboratories and offices.
