valad are keen to lodge da this year with start in 2010.
Is this for the existing D/A to convert the existing Goldfields House into apartments or will they now change to 185 metres?
^yes. they are awaiting descion on latest masterplan. if its adopted. they will move forward with DA and lodge later this year. it will mean complete demolition of goldfields and then erection of 60storey/185m resi tower!

Cant wait to see the design. It'll be a good one, hopefully with a Sydney feel and look (as well as glass, Sydney needs more glass).
