That would actually be interesting to see. I dont like the Empire State Building, but with glass i actually think i would like it. It would look tremendously modern.
CSPC were in favour of this plan from last weeks meeting.
So things should start to progress now to next stage.being making land owners sell up and agree with new plan.
Hope it complements the new Bligh Street Tower - that will be the best new OZ building for years.
ive been asked to create the block model for the plan for our city model.
ill post piccies later in week.
