This thread will be used for the dedication of the Twin Towers as well as for those who feel that they should be rebuilt, and here are the ground rules for this thread.

1. If anyone perfers the Freedom Tower, then this isn't the thread for it, and please don't clutter it with posts regaurding it as a done deal, b/c there is a thread for that in the construction updates just like how they don't want pro-Towers statements there.

2. No personal attacks on anyone who still believes that there is a chance for the rebuilding of the Twins especially with saying that it's a dead issue, b/c there is according to Article 23.4 of the GEIS released by the LMDC.

3. Conspiracy theories such as saying that 9/11 was an inside job will not be welcomed here.

4. If anyone really can't say anything constructive and just trash this thread, then it's best not to make any posts in it.

5. Any discussions that are more directly between each other that have nothing to do with the topic should be directed to PMs, emails, and chat rooms rather than here.

And we hope that when sailors salute Ground Zero, at the start of Fleet Week 2011, the Twin Towers will be standing there at attention, saluting them back.

That individual is a sick, demented and sadistic troublemaker and is a hacker against the forums that I'm a member of!! I don't want anything to do with him. Spams, hijacks and trolls every thread that I start or post in!!
