■ Serepisos Tower, Lambton Quay. The inside skinny has it that the site will be in front of the Novotel, probably where the Quay Point Building currently sits. Chinese whispers abound that it'll be taller than Auckland's Elliot proposal.

■ Parking building on 9-13 Stout st. Currently occupied by a parking building owned by Prime Property. Status unknown, the building's owner Prime Property has plans to build as tall as 20 storeys.
