Via comercial en el centro de Esteli. Probablemente es en hora pico. Noten el banner que anuncial en nuevo Tip Top en el centro de la ciudad, es el tercero para Esteli.

Una de muchas urbanizaciones en construccion:

Urbanización Villa Limón - Estelí, Nicaragua

Residencial esta ubicado en la ciudad de Estelí, en la entrada sur carretera panamericana, del estadio Rufo Marín 600 metros al oeste

Urbanización “Villa el Limón” cuenta con 734 lotes de terrenos con todos los servicios básicos: agua potable, energía eléctrica, aguas negras y aguas pluviales.

Parece que también tendrá escuela, iglesia, centro comercial y club.

Nuevo puente vehicular !
