|  Canberra - U/C: CoLab (11F/50m) CoLab is a new Super Computing Centre, Technology and Office project. Located at the prominent junction of Marcus Clarke Street and Alinga Street. CoLab will house new offices, retail space and a state of the art super computing centre with associated facilities in an eleven storey A-grade building. The project will incorporate over 600 Basement Car Spaces including Publicly Accessible Parking with ample provision for bicycle storage on site. The project will meet the highest levels of environmental efficiency, considering energy efficiency, water sensitive design, noise and air quality, as well as waste management and recycling. As a place to work, the ANU Exchange will continue to set the standard for conducting business in Canberra, helping to ensure that business profits from its relationship with the ANU and its expertise.
