| Not yet, but main works are already finished. Thera's still some work to do in front of the complex (stairs, pavement etc.) and inside (90% work to do). They declared to end this spring, but someone from SSC saw them working hard 7/24 to be ready with the shopping gallery for Xmas rush (tenants warned investor they can sue him for financial loss, but of course they should sue "ecologists" and "Friendly City" members  ). There are some 2,500 workers making their job all the day and night, so who knows, maybe it will be done this year  | |||||||||||
