Project Name: Sea Towers
Investor/Developer: Invest Komfort SA
Design: Architekturbüro Andrzej Kapuścik proj. (Biuro Architektoniczne )
Construction:Modzelewski & Rodek (?)
Location: Gdynia, President's Wharf (Nabrzeże Prezydenta), 5m from the President's Basen; Wikimapia here.
Height: Tower A: 116m (36 fl.)/ 138m to antenna + Sea Tower B: 91m (28 fl.)
Estimated overall construction cost: ~50 mln USD
Construction started - finished: Autumn 2005 - Dec 2008
Floor space: 21,200 sqm (residential) + ~1,000 sqm (services) + ~4,100 sqm (offices)
Use: residential (+services): 186 flats, 76 apartments, 14 penthouses, 10 services areas (incl. 2 water pools under glass dome, squash court, fitness etc.), winter garden, parking place for 390 cars

Notes: Will be the highest residential building in Poland when completed (currently highest res. building: Łucka City in Warsaw - 127m (112m to roof, 30 fl.) ).
There's also Sky Tower complex (Sky Tower 1: 222m) U/C in Wroclaw with completion planned for summer 2009.

Maybe jurors thought the form is too simple. Many Polish forumers voted for this one and almost psyched out after the result was announced , but there's something in the winning project and in its current design, which is very fitting to Gdynia. Gdynia is only 80 year old port city. It's very young and most respectable buildings are built in "marinistic" modernistic style (white and beige colours, rounded corners, flat roofs, some round windows, many wide terraces and big windows etc.). Currently constructed project is in some extent similar to modernistic buildings in many West European harbours.
But I still think the siver project was the best (especially the two 120m towers being important to every skyscraper fetishist ).
