in english:

Hotel, shopping center with supermarket and cinemas, offices and habitation could be born under the current IC2 access to the Avenue of the Republic, in Gaia. The interface of Fifth of the Cedar, more known as interface of Laborim, will have a total investment of 1000 ME, enclosed the interface (with the different valences), the prolongation of the Yellow Line of the Meter, the construction of new ways and the real estate enterprises to the long one of the future VL3. To the side of the building of the interface, a tower with 22 floors is risen that the hotel will receive. It occupies 11154 square meters. The building biggest will lodge the commercial center with supermarket, cinemas, playful area with bowling, zone of restauration and patio with esplanades in a garden to the outdoors. It will have a parking with four floors that will have capacity to receive 2450 vehicles. In the total, it will occupy a area of 159 thousand square meters. The two blocks of offices, with private parking, will be in the diagonal avenue. The total area of this complex exceeds the 257 a thousand square meters and has a substantial part of lands to occupy that they are private property. About 46580 square meters they will have of being expropriated. The Roads of Portugal withhold 43560 square meters in the zone and the City Hall posseses 6711 square meters.
