Default Nova urbanização no interface de Laborim

Hotel, centro comercial com hipermercado e cinemas, escritórios e habitação poderão nascer sob o actual nó do IC2 de acesso à Avenida da República, em Gaia.
O interface da Quinta do Cedro, mais conhecido como interface de Laborim, terá um investimento total de 1000 ME, incluído o interface (com as diferentes valências), o prolongamento da Linha Amarela do Metro, a construção de novas vias e dos empreendimentos imobiliários ao longo da futura VL3. Ao lado do edifício do interface, ergue-se uma torre com 22 pisos que acolherá o hotel. Ocupa 11154 metros quadrados. O edifício maior albergará o centro comercial com hipermercado, cinemas, área lúdica com bowling, zona de restauração e pátio com esplanadas num jardim ao ar livre. Terá um parque de estacionamento com quatro pisos terá capacidade para receber 2450 viaturas. No total, ocupará uma área superior a 159 mil metros quadrados. Os dois blocos de escritórios, com estacionamento privado, ficarão na avenida diagonal. A área total deste complexo ultrapassa os 257 mil metros quadrados e há uma parte substancial dos terrenos a ocupar que são propriedade privada. Cerca de 46580 metros quadrados terão de ser expropriados. A Estradas de Portugal detém 43560 metros quadrados na zona e a Câmara possui 6711 metros quadrados.

O Menezes tem feito um bom trabalho ao atrair investimentos! Gaia tem-se aproximado do Porto em muitos aspectos! Há quem discuta se Gaia já não suplantou o Porto!

na minha opinião já pois já tem mais população, maior area e maior numero de investimentos.. mas o porto será sempre "o centro" dessa zona
