|  Skyport Residence is a 55.000m2 project consists of a 39 story tower, 7 story trade center and rentable spaces. The footprint of the tower is 27mx27m and is 130m high. To reduce the bending moments in the core, two sets of outrigger and belt truss systems have been used in the design. Structural design was carried out with structural engineer Dr. İrfan Balıoğlu. Skyport Residence 39 katlı betonarme karkas olarak projelendirilen Skyport Residence, 55.000m2'lik toplam inşaat alanını kapsamaktadır. Yükselen kule, 27mx27m'lik bir alan üzerine oturmaktadır. Çekirdekte oluşan eğilme momentlerini azaltmak için mekanik kat hizalarında yatay kafes kiriş (outrigger truss) ve kuşaklama perdeleri (belt truss) kullanılmıştır. Kule altındaki temel kalınlığı 3m olup 1.2m çapında 40m boyunda, herbiri 1250 ton taşıma kapasitesine sahip sürtünme kazıkları kullanılmıştır. Yapıda kullanılan beton kalitesi C50'dir. Statik tasarım aşaması, Dr.Müh. İrfan Balıoğlu ile birlikte gerçekleştirilmiştir.

| Thanks for informations and pictures  Ama 39 katlı bir bina için 130 metre çok düşük bir rakam, 140'ı geçer bence,ya da 39 katlı değil.

| Bu bilgileri bu yapının statiğini yapan firmadan aldım ama 39 kata 130metre bana da mantıklı gelmedi. Belki 5 kat hobitler içindir
