It will be good imo, 130m is a good height. Location is not really a CBD but a place with highrise residence potential.

Well, I don't, but location is good. First of all you can see car park of Migros Beylikdüzü (which is the biggest Migros of Istanbul and 2nd biggest Migros of Turkey) at the right corner. At the other side of e-5, there are 2 big shopping centers; Real and Bauhaus and just near of Real there was Tatilya! I heard that they are going to construct biggest shopping centre of Europe there. In a short way, location is good
