New plaza of Giz Construction at 4. Levent district of Istanbul. 7+25=32 floors, estimated height is 110m.

GİZ İnşaat Yatırımları Ticaret A.Ş.’nin hizmete açılmış Maslakta 5, leventte 1 yüksek katlı A sınıfı büro binasından sonra 7. Plaza inşaatı olan APA-GİZ PLAZA’nın yapımı Büyükdere caddesi üzerinde, Gelirler Müdürlüğü ile Eczacıbaşı binası arasındaki parselde devam etmektedir.

A ve B blok olarak iki kısımda, 23 ofis katı, 2 çarşı katı, 5 otopark katı, tesisat katları ve zemin katlarla birlikte toplam 32 katlı olacak APA-GİZ 2009 yılında kullanıma hazır hale gelecektir.

Toplam 22.385m2 inşaat alanına sahip APA-GiZ Plazanın ofis katları brüt 570 m2 olup, ilk iki katında 4, diğer 21 katın her birinde 2, toplam 50 ofis bulunmaktadır.
Her biri yaklaşık 2000m2 olan 5 katta toplam 244 araçlık kapalı otopark olacaktır.

3800m2 alandaki 2 alt çarşı katında ve asma kat yapılabilecek 640cm temiz yüksekliği olan 700m2 giriş katında mağazalar bulunacaktır.

340cm kat yüksekliği ile ferah hacimlere sahip olacak ofislerde çalışma ortamını en iyi şekilde sağlayacak havalandırma tesisatları kurulacaktır.

Dış cephesi Alüminyum giydirme cephe sistemi ile kaplanacak binanın camları yansıtıcı tabakası iç yüzeyde bulunan, ısı katsayı ve güneş refleksiyonu yüksek ısı cam kullanılacaktır.

İnşaat hızla ilerliyor, pazar günü bile hummalı bir çalışma vardı. 7 kat daha inşa edilecek, Tekfen kadar uzun olacağını zannetmiyorum ama 100 metreyi geçer gibi gözüküyor:

İnşaatın üzerine 6-7 kat daha eklenecek de olsa skyline'a pek etki etmeyecek gibi gözüküyor:
