PROMESA PROJESİ:

Promesa Group, Levent’te Kiler’in satın aldığı arsanın
yanında 4,800 m² arsa üzerinde bir konut kulesi yapmayı planlamaktadır. Projenin
alanı 39,000 m² olacaktır. Projede konutlar 15,000 m² kapalı alana sahip olacaktır.

As for the location of the new residence project, it is going to be built in the place of the former 4-floor yellow building (between the Kiler/Tatlici project and Movenpick hotel) which is currently being demolished.
You can see the demolition works in progress on the (thumbnailed) photograph below.
While I do not expect a tower on this spot, the new project should fill the gap between the two buildings in the future nicely. Hopefully, the design will compensate for the lack of height.

Good news. But which one is the plot?



And I think it must be a tower. According to report;
Torunlar Tower> 65.000 square meter (2 towers, one of them has 52 floors)
Promesa Project> 39.000 square meter (If they are gonna build a single tower, I think it will be 30 fl. at least)

The spot marked on your google earth grab with number "2" is the location of the future Promesa Insaat project.
I am not aware of any developments or plans at this point for the spot number "1".
By the way, the Torunlar project will no longer comprise 2 towers, but 1 tower only, called "Garden Plaza" (designed by the "BRT Architekten" (Bothe, Richter, Teherani) of Hamburg, Germany).
If they mentioned 2 towers in the report, that is incorrect. They might still be referring to the old project, "Imar Plaza", planned by the previous owners of that plot, Uzanlar Group.
The plot has since been taken from Uzans by the TMSF and last year bought at the action by the Torunlar Group.
