Özdilek Şirketler Grubu, İstanbul Levent'teki en büyük arsaya ilk kazmayı vurdu. Büyükdere Caddesi üzerinde Metrocity ile Kanyon Alışveriş Merkezi'nin arasındaki Roche fabrikasını iki yıl önce 27 milyon dolara satın alan Özdilek, arsa üzerinde bölgenin en büyük alışveriş merkezini yapmaya hazırlanıyor. Projede 5 yıldızlı bir otel ve rezidans katları da yer alacak.

Büyükdere'nin en büyük arazilerinden biri olan Roche arsası, 36 bin metrekarelik alanı kapsıyor. Roche'un bitişiğindeki Kanyon'un arsası 27 bin metrekare. Özdilek, Roche'un yönetim ve fabrika binalarını yıkarak buraya 105 bin metrekarelik kapalı alana sahip dev bir alışveriş merkezi yapmayı planlıyor. Grubun arsaya dikeceği Özdilek Tower'ın ise yaklaşık 150 metre olması hedefleniyor.

Özdilek Şirketler Grubu Başkanı Hüseyin Özdilek, yapılacak alışveriş merkezi, otel ve rezidans bölümlerinin toplam 100 milyon dolara malolacağını açıklamıştı. 5 yıldızlı otel için uluslararası bir işletmeciyle anlaşacaklarını belirten Özdilek, işletmecilerle görüşmelere başladıklarını da dile getirmişti. Özdilek Grubu'nun Bursa, Kocaeli, İzmir ve Afyon'da alışveriş merkezleri, Gemlik'te de bir hipermarket yatırımı bulunuyor. Grubunu İzmir'deki beş yıldızlı otelini ise Crown Plaza işletiyor
