| about the design? I think bold design is good to attract attention. but for so much west facing sunlight and privacy, someone buying these flats will need to invest A LOT of money in curtains  | |||||||||||

| Well believe me the sun will be blocked by the Beirut Tower, Platinum Tower, and Bay Tower which basically block its view of the sea.
