The grounds of this building was a parking lot. They have removed the asphalt but no sign of activity is visible. There are no workers nor equipment. It is still an empty land.

It has been like this for at least 5 months.

I have a few questions about this project...

So there is no significant digging?
Is the plot enclosed by walls?
Are there renderings/billboards posted at the site?
I thought there was a crane there before?

No digging on the ground. Only they have removed the asphalt which was there.

No one can enter into the plot but everything is visible from outside. Hence, it is not enclosed by walls.

The developers haven't placed any billboard or rendering at the site.

It was a parking lot, so there wasn't any crane. Maybe I could explain you the location more by giving that Nissan Car dealer as a hint. This plot exists between the IC college compound and that car dealer.
