|  Well yes this is by far the BEST location in all of Beirut. Also, it will be one of the most luxurious buildings in all of the Eastern Mediterranean.

| well that being said, look at Marina Towers and it is just 50-100 million$ more??? it makes no sense, its either we have our facts wrong or there is something special with this project that they arent telling us

| Well it's actually a very w i d e building even though its not tall. Thats the only thing that makes it different from the surrounding towers...I dont know what else could be so special.
