yes the Grand Habtoor has more floors but if you count the floors the Marina tower has it adds up to 38 without mentioning the spire (just the crown). So with the crown I think it adds up around 45-50 floors.

If I were to choose any of these highrises being built on the marina I would chose the Platinum. I dont know why, its a box but in a way it looks unique. And plus you would have the highest view of Beirut in the penthouse up there
