Gracias mi estimado Gijose. Así es hay un boom de construcciones impresionante no solo en San José y su área metropolitana sino también en muchas otras provincias del país y en especial en las zonas costeras como Jacó, Flamingo,Tamarindo, etc. Solamente en Playa Jacó hay más de 26 proyectos en desarrollo de condominios entre 8 y 16 pisos.

Las Torres Oleandras en Escazú serán dos edificios de apartamentos en condominio con 52 unidades en 21 pisos, 36 000 m 2 de construcción en un terreno de 2 hectáreas. Saludos !

Bellos diseños. En un entorno verde y sobretodo con la plusvalia de estar en una de las ciudades mas seguras de latinoamerica lo cual no las convierte precisamente en jaulas de oro.

Kuko lo mejor es que todos estos condos garantizan una vista espectacular ya sea de las montañas, valles o ciudad. No estan bloqueadas por otro edificio donde lo que terminas viendo es la sala de tu vecino.
