| This is surprisingly high for the area. In general, I'm pretty surprised that theres more med/high density developments going on in Milton rather than the Valley... But i think the Valleys turn is next. | |||||||||||

| Council sent out their information request in March and the applicant has up to 12 months to respond to the questions.
