|  Unbelievable ! - They filled the hole in again - for the second time ! This is absolutley unheard of..... The excavation was completed by Christmas - excavated all the way down to B6. It now appears that further anchors have been discovered to have failed. So, for a second time they have filled the hole in again. The have filled in 4 levels of basement against the existing building, and are re-doing the anchors at level B2. These guys must really love the practice. This hole will have been excavated three times over by the time it is finished. They are fast slipping towards an Jun-09 completion date for this little tower. | Thats ridiculous, the amount of time and money the developer is spending on this is astronomical. I would not want to be working for that company right now. So a June/Dec-09 finish it is. | |||||||||||

| wow.i have never seen a project this slow they could of almost make a 70 level decent tower by the time this is finished. | |||||||||||

| What do the anchors actually do? What is their importance? Is it for the structure of the building or the construction of it? | |||||||||||
