BRISBANE DEVELOPMENT SITE

North South Bypass Tunnel ~ Clem Jones Tunnel
A new tunnel is under construction starting from Kangaroo Point and go under Brisbane River, parrarelling Story Bridge and appearing in Inner City Bypass motorway in around Herston (Royal Brisbane Hospital)
NSBT will be Australia's longest tunnel, beaten Sydney's Harbour Tunnel!

Brisbane Spire
Not yet confirmed but there is rumours that Brisbane will have one of tallest building is expected to construct at Adelaide Street; Brisbane Spire will be slighter taller than Q1, rises for 340 metres in the sky.
Brisbane Spire is expected to complete in 2013.

Brisbane Olympic Park???
Since there is rumours about Brisbane's 2024 Olympics. If Brisbane won the bid in announcement in 2017; Where will be the Olympic Park located???
Brisbane Central area (Lang Park district) is over-crowded and I expect that Brisbane Olympic Park should be around South Brisbane or South Bank; try to demolish some stupid buildings and make some large vacant land; Imagine that A Olympic Park with a excellent view of city center and right next to Streets Beach at South Bank??? It would be excellent!

Brisbane Vision
Confirmed highrise whose it expected to completition in 2011; rises for 270 metres; thirty metres taller than Raprian Plaza and Aurora.
Vision tower will be a Retail/Residental mixed building which stands in Margaret Street (I think)

Brisbane Empire Square
Brisbane Empire Square is a tall building; similiar heights to Aurora and Raprian; 240 metres. Completition in 2010.
Brisbane Empire Square will be one of tallest commerical/office building in Queensland!

Brisbane Trilogy
Brisbane Trilogy tower will be constructed at Eagle Street Wharf; known as Central Ferry Ternimal; it will rise at 260 metres.
Trilogy Tower will be one of tallest residental apartment building in Brisbane alone (Gold Coast - Q1)

Central Bypass Tunnel

Central Bypass Tunnel will link from Kangaroo Point (Where NSBT start) Going under the Brisbane River and way under the soils of City Center and under Riverside Expressway and appear at Conornation Road at Toowong/Auchenflower. CBT will complete in 2010 est.
