| The thing I don't get about this story is how they said that they'll wait till the height limits increase and then lodge an application. The height limits along the blocks bordered by Alice and Margaret Streets, even in the CBD Masterplan, were always going to have low limits. That aside it sounds promising, although I don't know if I trust Devine with a 6 star resi tower?

| Maybe they can somehow convince the BCC to accept the 6 star development in terms of quality, demand or some other crap they may well come up with.But isn't the CBD masterplan allowing no height limit regarding that the developer makes sure the building has little impact of shadow on the Gardens and QSM? | I think that's the one. The BCC is going to be allowing unlimited height limits in areas other than these blocks, around the QSM and in Heritage precincts.
