Wyandra Street Project This number is a proposed development by CAVCORP who have recently completed Parkside Apartments at Nundah. This proposal also includes a structure plan for the Commercial road Light industrial area and proposes a built form to taper up to the Mirvac and FKP development sites across the road, essentially making a separate massed CBD. Their quality is excellent and the architects they are using are top notch. Hopefully the council sees this precinct redevelopment as a positive and can see the benefit in slowly scaling up built form. Watpac's redevelopment on ANN street will compliment this precinct and serve to link the Vally CBD to Newstead. I will post that shortly!
