| Its actually running a little overschedule  but the Detail Design has taken longer then anticipated and this has had direct bearing on signing the contractor. Contract completion date is end of 08 - small FECA but extremely tight site - so time is affected accordingly. Still, V sexy end product, nothing done like this in Brissy B4  | |||||||||||

| Small lot size Yes, but the whole building has been strata titled and each plate is being sold off individually. There's been no new Strata titled commercial space (of any significance) in Brisbane for 15 years, and never anything that,s been spec'd as high as this. I'll try and get some renders and upload. | |||||||||||
