|  ╬ The SEQ Supertall Rumour Mill ╬ Well let's get this started, and here is a big one potentially: BrissyLad over at SSC: (talking about 480 Queen Street increasing to 300m potentially) For the sake of a couple meters, go a spire. Or, Hotels could have a rec floor, which generally is 1.5 to 2 times the slab slab level of regualr floors, could push it over 300... But if thats not frustrating enough, I'm working on a tower R.L 299.800m (76+feature), makes me want to go up and glue a ruler to the roof... 300m? | Hopefully we can keep this thread to SEQ unlike in SSC!  Will be interesting to see what eventuates in the next 5 years!!!

| There could easily be a 300m+ tower go in on the Eagle Street Pier site, the site across from Aurora where they said up to 70,000sqm (If they looked at the plan properly they might realise they could get a lot more), 480 Queen!! It's a world of options, and they're just the sites we know are to be developed!!
