I don't want anything to be built. A nice park with grass and trees would be nice, not metal pointless crap.

In Brisbane's most historical and prime public square? Maybe a bit of grass but all grass and trees would be too much and not really sensible for a public thoroughfare... especially with the worlds biggest underground busway terminal now about to be finished soon.

ATM, It's average... look on the bright side!! At least we didn't get the playground/sunshade design!!! I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for the federation style big screen

I like the new design. Minimalist, yet good quality. Airy and open enough to still be called a square. This will also have good access into the busway station. Personally I think it's better than the Slug and Tower Design. Now all the need to do is demolish the Carlton Crest and build supertall on that site.
