Out of the blue a little one for the corner: Trinity in $180m office tower development in Brisbane 19 April 2007 - Australian Business News Sydney - Trinity has a $180 million office tower development planned in Brisbane's CBD on the corner of Albert and Margaret Streets. The project will be pre-leased and pre-sold prior to completion in late 2008 or early 2009. The site was acquired by subsidiary Consolidated Properties for $25 million. | I'm really surprised they are only going 20 storeys. I wonder if this is where Aussie Home Loans used to be, next to the Carrington site or behind the Royal on the Park Hotel.Personally I'm a little bit annoyed they didn't go taller. Be good to see the design.

| Yes I wanted taller as well, but the site could be quite small for all we know and it seems Trinity's focus is more on their Queen Street tower I think. | |||||||||||

| 20 Office could be up to 100m without any features. There is no application up yet though.

| yep should do, so it will be noticeable. The key is the design now, but I'm glad it's a bit of office there to break up some of the res stuff. | |||||||||||
