One of the new buildings on the western side of the city.

It will contain approximately 40,000sqm of net letable area, an internal food court (5 tenancies and a bar) on level 1, which will include eating space on a verandah, and outside retail on the ground floor.

The developers have stated that they expect to start construction this year and complete by 2009.

While Adelaide has never had any tall developments (thanks to the airport & nimbys), the amount of projects proposed or approved is pretty impressive for Adelaide. Theres going to be alot of building construction during 2007-2011, such as Spire, Planet Tower, 5 West Central Towers, Conservatory on Hindmarsh, City Central Towers, 379 KWS, Repco Site Tower, Telstra Site Towers, SA Water, Freemason Site Tower, 90m+ KWS office tower, 100m+ Renaissance Tower and heaps more...
