|  It is a good point and something I was thinking of the other day, but they would have to come up with a hell of a proposal for them to be even interested. Being an Iconic landmark for Brisbane sadly isn't good enough. What would be the value of their investment return? on the flipside ... There was interest at one stage (not sure if this was just a rumour) that an Arab gentleman was interested in putting up a hotel tower where royal on the park is, however they weren't interested in selling, if they are still interested in the area hopefully they put an application in for the french quarters site.  | |||||||||||
