El Grupo Inmobiliario Alar, uno de los promotores de la urbanización Puerta Cartuja en Camas, tiene previsto levantar en Sevilla un edificio de 30 plantas. Estará situado en el enlace del bulevar de Bellavista con la SE-30, frente al antiguo Cuartel de Caballería de la Maestranza. Se trataría de los edificios mas altos de la ciudad.

Conocido como "Torre Sevilla", el edificio está diseñado por el arquitecto sevillano Antonio González Cordón, artífice de proyectos como el nuevo Estadio Ruiz de Lopera o un bloque de viviendas en la calle Torneo. Se trata en realidad de un complejo de edificios. Este estará formado por una torre de 30 plantas, en cuya base irá adosado otro edificio en forma de L. Ambos estarán destinados a oficinas, aunque no se descarta dedicar alguna zona a instalaciones hoteleras.

Creo que SÍ se va a hacer. En otro foro (SSC) un forero sevillano (dizra_16) hizo un hilo sobre proyectos (aprobados) de torres en Sevilla y salía éste.
