|  Yeah same here, there is one here in Townsville that had its sales centre opened roughly over two years ago, and they canned the project for a bit, it has only been recently brought back into the market.

| Still not much happening on site, Construction is apparantly due to begin around January and Febuary next year, but though there are the odd worker to be seen.

| When I wss there earlier in the week it seemed like it was set ready to go. Are the business on the corner staying throughout construction??

| Yeah, that corner building isn't actually part of the development, it just seems that way as the facade is similar to the existing Dalgety exterior. It'll still operate as the Embassy Nightclub, and a Gym.
