| Here's the most recent update I could find.  They have apparently delayed construction until january because they haven't got steel bracing to help protect the walls of Sun skill House, what they are going to do, is knock out the inside of the existing building and keep the external part, and use it as part of the facade for the new building.

| It wouldn't surprise me if they delayed the start of construction until after the wet season. But then again...they may surprise me.

| Nah, Their plan is to get this building done without any regard to sales, apparently it'll to help keep construction costs as low as they can, instead of waiting for sales to rise and also construction costs as well.
