Times are looking good for Townsville: Latest design for the Sturt St tower  Original design  Consists of an 18 storey tower on Sturt St and a 20 storey tower on Walker St on the site of former Santa's Foodland. | As of Wednesday last week (6th of December). Core was on the 11th floor, with the panels being installed for the 9th floor. Crane has recently had a climbing frame installed, and has risen by 3m, wouldn't be surprised if it has risen more since then.
