| In my eyes, between that and Flinders Plaza (6 story, 160 outlet shopping centre) the tranquility & success between the two will be second to none. And with council confirming David Jones as a potential tenant for the ex-Cowboys league's club (Next to the new Flinders Plaza) there is no limit to what the CBD could achieve. Southbank is another development that excites me. Mirvac's Hayles Wharf sounds like it'll be Townsville Town Square orientated aswell, with glitzy 24/7 "LED" screens. The city will truly be a unique experience. | |||||||||||
