|  » Sunshine Coast Projects and Infrastructure Under Construction Thread « Hallo, I am new to this forum, but have been following with great interest for a few months now. Does anyone have any information on projects on the Sunshine Coast. The Stockland development in Kawana must surely rank as a big development, but haven't been given much information. |   Yeah I don't have much info on it either... I have heard of Kawana waters before and I'm guessing they are doing a Springfield type community there with the town centre, new proposed hospital etc. Would be good to get some info and proper renders of the town centre. | |||||||||||

|  There is a LGMS to be released shortly which should cover a "blueprint" for future developments in this area. I do know that Kawana is having around $2 billion plus spent on it. There is a new area to be developed around 2009 called Kawana Beach which is a combination of a gated community and a resort style area similar to Hastings Street, with a Hotel and a new surf club. Stockland haven't released much more info. Can anyone ellaborate further? | |||||||||||
